Sintered Corundum Series
High Temperature Series
Item Code:A2501
Corundum series, which is made of fused cast white corundum, plate corundum and superfine powder, is sintered under high temperature. There are generally three moulding methods of it: pressure moulding, casting moulding and vibration moulding.
According to different contents of alumina, it can be divided into:
- High purity corundum products
- BPL products
- Sintered corundum products
- Corundum mullite products
Application
It is mainly used in glass furnaces. Furthermore, it is able to be applied to key parts of furnaces in industries of steel, petrochemical, chemical fertilizer, non-ferrous metal, electronics, refractory materials, etc.
Characteristics
It has advantages of high temperature resistance, high compressive strength, high temperature erosion resistance and washing-out resistance. Especially, it has a good reputation of zero pollution for the parts contacting with liquid glass.
