Various ceramic fiber blankets:
The blankets are made from ceramic fiber cotton which can be usually divided into four types via spinning and forming process: ordinary, standard, high pure and zirconium containing. The manufacturing process of blankets involves needling, thermoforming, vertical and horizontal cutting, winding and other working procedures.
Ceramic fiber blanket has uniform diameter, long fiber and low content of slag balls, which improves fiber interweaving degree, lamination resistance, wind erosion resistance, flexibility, tensile strength and other performance so as to enhance the application performance of acupuncture blanket and reduce material loss.
Ceramic fiber blankets will not be used together with any binder to guarantee that the product has good feasibility and stability in different kinds of environment.

Ordinary ceramic fiber blanket 1100℃Standard ceramic fiber blanket 1260℃
High pure ceramic fiber blanket 1260℃
High alumina ceramic fiber blanket 1360℃
Zirconium contained ceramic fiber blanket 1430℃
Working temperature:
It depends on material using conditions, kinds of heat source, environmental atmosphere and other conditions.
