Asbestos-free calcium silicate board is a kind of insulation material which is made of microporous calcium silicate powder within thermoplastic reaction and mixing with inorganic fiber. The product contains no asbestos and owns high performance of insulation.

Application

  • High temperature resistant calcium silicate board is widely used in thermal insulation of boiler body and industrial furnace in power, metallurgy, petrochemical, construction, shipbuilding, cement, boiler, furnace, electrolytic aluminum, electrolytic cell, tunnel kiln, thermal pipeline and many other industries. More specifically, in recent years, it has been used more commonly in cement, power, aluminum and steel factories.
  • In cement industry, it is mainly applied in rotary kiln, decomposition kiln, preheater, flue pipe, kiln hood and cooling machine.
  • In metallurgical industry, it is mainly applied in heating furnace, soaking pit, annealing furnace, high-temperature flue and hot-air pipe.
  • In petrochemical industry, it is mainly applied in heating furnace, ethylene cracking furnace, hydrogenation furnace, aromatics furnace and catalytic cracking furnace.
  • In power industry, it is mainly applied in pipeline of preheating furnace.
  • In glass industry, it is mainly applied in bottom and side wall of furnace.
  • In ceramic industry, it is mainly applied in tunnel kiln, car core and car board of tunnel kiln.
  • In nonferrous metallurgy industry, it is mainly applied in electrolytic cell.

Characteristics

Asbestos-free calcium silicate products (thermal resistance of 1050℃) have advantages of small thermal conductivity, high strength, high working temperature, good processibility, no flammability, no corrosion, no pollution and other characteristics.
