Ceramic Fiber Board
Insulation Material
Item Code:A3201
Product Introduction
Ceramic fiber board is correspondingly made of ceramic fiber cotton of normal type, standard type, high pure type and zirconium-containing type. Its production includes drying and machine processing via vacuum moulding or dry process.
In addition to excellent properties of corresponding bulk ceramic fiber cotton, ceramic fiber board has distinctive hardness, toughness, strength and wind erosion resistance, and owns advantages of no thermal expansion, light weight, construction convenience and feasibilities of shearing and bending. It is an energy-saving material of furnace, pipe and other insulation equipment.
Classification temperature:
- Ordinary ceramic fiber board 1100℃
- Standard ceramic fiber board 1260℃
- High pure ceramic fiber board 1260℃
- High alumina ceramic fiber board 1360℃
- Zirconium-containing ceramic fiber board at 1430℃
Working temperature: It depends on types of heat source, environmental atmosphere and the conditions of materials application.
Application
- Wall lining of industrial furnace and insulation layer of masonry
- Lining, kiln cart, furnace door baffle, furnace temperature partition
- Thermal insulation of high temperature and high heat equipment
- Thermal insulation, fire protection, sound insulation and electric insulation in aerospace and shipbuilding industries
Characteristics
- Low thermal conductivity, low thermal capacity
- Excellent thermal stability and thermal shock resistance
- High compressive strength and good toughness
