Ordinary type of ceramic fiber cotton, which is made from flint clay clinker, is produced by resistance furnace melting, spraying or spinning process.
Types of high pure and high alumina ceramic fiber cotton are both made from synthetic material of high pure alumina silica powder, and are also produced by resistance furnace melting, spraying or spinning process.
Zirconium containing ceramic fiber cotton, with synthesis of high pure alumina silica powder and zirconium quartz sand as raw materials, is produced by resistance furnace melting, spraying or spinning process.
Features of spinning fiber cotton:
Long spinning fiber; low slag ball content; low non-fiber material content; The untreated long spinning fiber produced by spinning fiber technology can be used as gap filling material of wall lining between high temperature furnace and heating device; Its excellent spinnability can also make it as raw material of textiles.
Features of spraying fiber cotton:
No lubricant; no treatment; low slag ball content; the fiber produced by spraying and blowing process is the filling material and vacuum moulding products in high temperature furnaces, and also the materials of fiber spraying and fiber paper.
